Preston is a historic city in the county of Lancashire, well known for its historical nature and impressive heritage architecture. Today, that architecture is present in some of the very best wedding venues in the area, and we picked eight of our favourites to help you with the wedding planning…
1. Ferrari’s Country House Hotel
This family run country house in the Ribble Valley is licensed for civil ceremonies which can include the outdoor Dovecote. There are nearly five acres of beautiful gardens here and 22 unique bedrooms. There are even in-house chefs at this venue. Check it out.
2. Beeston Manor

3. Samlesbury Hall

5. Brockholes Nature Reserve
With breathtaking views and space for up to 110 guests, the fact that you’re supporting vital conservation work by having your wedding at Brockholes Nature Reserve just makes it all the more special. Your wedding will be on a floating village on a lake. Pretty cool, right? See it for yourself!
6. The Villa Country House Hotel
